Production & Materials
Is anything ready to ship?
Currently we dont have the space to hold extra stock.
All pieces are made to order and produced in monthly batches.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed throughout the month are collected together and sent for casting on the 1st of the following month.
ExAmple: An order placed anytime in June enters production at the start of July.
Turnaround is typically 4–6 weeks from purchase
How is it made?
All our jewellery is made using the lost wax method.
Each design starts as a wax original, it then gets cast 100% .925 Silver, sanded & polished.
We then send it to the UK Assay office to be hallmarked before packaging & sipping it out to you.
Can I get something in gold?
For now we only cast in Sterling Silver. We would love to offer gold in the near future.

Sizing
How do I find my size?
The most accurate method is to visit a local jeweller to be measured.
You can also order a ring sizer (recommended), or measure at home using the guide on our Sizing Page.
For chunky bands, consider sizing up ½–1 size. If between sizes, size up. The knuckle decides - if it won’t pass, it’s too small.
What if I order the wrong size?
Resizing may be possible depending on the design. Fees typically range from £20–£50.
Some designs cannot be resized due to their structure.

Why can’t I find my size?
Some designs are limited to a specific size range.
When pushed too small or too large, proportions change and the piece starts to look a bit funky.

Shipping & Returns
Do you ship worldwide?
For now, no :( We’re still navigating the big bad world of shipping.

How long does shipping take?
For all domestic UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (typically 1-3 working days)
For all international orders we use DHL Express (typically 5-7 working days)

Can I return or exchange apiece?
Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they enter production. Once sent for casting at the start of each month, cancellations aren’t possible.
What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
Please contact us within 48h hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Jewellery Care
How do I clean my jewellery?
Each piece comes with a polishing cloth, use it to restore shine when needed. Use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush for a gentle scrub.
Why is my jewellery tarnishing
Sometimes .925 sterling silver naturally reacts to sweat, chlorine & skincare products. Because of this jewellery can tarnish or dull.
Give it a shine with the cloth provided and avoid swimming pools, hot tubs & harsh chemicals.
What about scratches & dents?
Solid silver will mark over time. Each knock or whack builds character, embrace it.
OR buy enough jewellery to rotate so that the dents are spread across more pieces.
OR don’t flail your limbs around like a bull in a china shop.
OR consider a straight jacket.
