Refund & Returns Policy
At RHUBARB & DISCO, each piece is handcrafted to order. We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unworn and in original condition
- be returned with original packaging, pouch, box, and tags
- include proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@rhubarbanddisco.com.
Please note that returns must be requested before being sent back. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
If your return is approved:
- UK customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- your item arrives damaged
- you receive the wrong item
- your package appears lost in transit
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom or personalised jewellery
- worn or damaged items
- items returned without original packaging
- sale items
- gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original piece and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
