Handcrafted in and shipped from the UK

Please note: shipping times do not include production. Each piece is made to order, and we batch produce in the first week of every month. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase for your piece to arrive.

We aim to get your new piece to you speedy quick fast but please keep in mind that we’re a small team when placing your order. Worldwide shipping is on its way but until then here’s how it works. 

UK: £9 for orders under £250, free over £250 (1–2 business days)

EU: £25 for orders under £275, free over £275 (3–5 business days)

US & Canada: £25 for orders under £325. free over £325 (3-5 business days)

Australia & NZ: £35 for orders under £375. free over £375 (3-5 business days)

Delivery times are estimates - customs or remote areas may add a few days. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the recipient. RHUBARB & DISCO is not responsible for these charges.

 

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. We accept items that are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with pouch, box, and tags.

Custom or personalized pieces, worn/damaged items, or anything without original packaging cannot be returned.

To return:  
1. Email rhubarb.and.disco@gmail.com with your order number and reason.  
2. We’ll send return instructions.  
   • UK: We provide a free return label.  
   • International: You cover the return shipping.  
3. Send it back safely.

We’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges depend on stock.

Lost or Damaged? If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected date). We’ll do our best to help solve the issue.
